Outdoor Clock

Outdoor clocks are designed to withstand weather conditions and remain functional. Beyond that purpose, they are as varied as most other clocks.

Outdoor clocks include the large clock in many town plazas. These civic clocks tend to look large and respectable. The clock as a town centerpiece was more common before watch and cell phone technology took off, but it is still incorporated into city designs today.

More commonly, some gardeners like to have outdoor clocks in their backyard so they can keep track of the time. In addition to telling time, these clocks often come with built-in thermometers and/or hygrometers.
